Description
This is a snowy winter landscape mixed media painting of evergreens covered in the first snow and a path winding into the forest of trees. The original is an acrylic mixed media piece using tissue paper to build up texture in the trees and snow. It reminds me of old-fashioned Christmas holiday tree hunting in the woods where you found your own tree to cut. It's a lot simpler now with tree farms and Christmas tree lots. But Christmas tree hunting is still a family affair.
