Description
This abstract landscape began as one of my macro photographs. Rather than waste leftover paint from my palette, I swipe it on the paper covering my work table and take some direct prints from it. I then take macro photographs of passages where I see possibilities.
In this one, I saw a mountain or hillside covered in wildflowers and a cascading waterfall. I invite you to develop your own vision and rename the image based on what you see or feel.
I am an exhibiting artist in southwest Florida and my art has been exhibited in galleries in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is in collections nationwide. I create abstract photography, mixed media photo painting, acrylic mixed media, and acrylic paintings. Many would make great decorative throw pillows or shower curtains.
