This surreal abstract image was created from an image of shadow reflections of some glass art at the Chihuly Collection in Saint Petersburg, Florida. I loved the lights and shadows the reflections cast on the wall. They were enhanced by the spiral designs in the glass. I have dramatically altered the color cast and done some digital painting to create this abstract. It makes me think of a watery surface with night time reflections, such as moonlight.

My greeting cards are 5" x 7" (folded) and include white-envelopes for mailing and/or gift giving. Each card is printed on 100-pound paper stock with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. Inside has a matte white finish and can be customized with your personal message up to 500 characters.

I consider the computer desktop my canvas and PhotoShop my paints and tools. I find, in my original and digital work, that I am still leaning to abstract. Although I may give a title to the image based on my vision, the interpretation is always up to the viewer. I always hope...
